The all new DUT-HH diamond blade has been launched – the blade is designed specifically for use with hand held power tools thus enabling the fast accurate cutting of external porcelain tiles in any environment. As fast and efficient as its sister blade the DUT, the DUT-HH answers a longstanding dilemma for tradesmen.
For best practise to gain the cleanest, smoothest (to minimise chipping) cut in porcelain –
• Cut in a single pass
• Do not use a reciprocating motion
• Secure to a suitable flat surface to reduce vibration – this could be something as simple as a wooden pallet, ensure fully secured and there is no tile overhanging.
